Our Sonya Lodge Residential Care Home residents enjoyed another week of chair fitness sessions with Jane from G-Fitness and Alex from the Ellenor Team.
Our ladies and gents partied and sang along as they completed the exercises together, focusing on joint mobility, strengthening and stretching.
This is a favourite activity of both our residents and team members as we are always laughing together as we do our best to complete each exercise.
