It was ‘National Love your Pet Day’ on Thursday 20 February, so we wanted to celebrate our love of all creatures great and small at Sonya Lodge Residential Care Home.
Our residents had lots of fun with Amanda’s lovely dog ‘Foxy Roxi‘ who received lots of loving cuddles from many of our residents and loved all the attention.
We had photos taken with some of our soft toys too – from dogs, cats and even a giant lion. We do love our cuddles!
Our residents have also been getting creative recently and have enjoyed crafting some colourful paintings. We have some budding artists in our Home!
