Our fabulous Ellen turned 88 on Tuesday 14 November and she had a lovely day with us at Sonya Lodge Residential Care Home.
She had visits from her family in the week and received what looked like a year’s supply of chocolate!
We asked Ellen what she would like to do and she said ‘Sing!’ – so we were delighted to fulfil her request and we sang some of her favourite songs.
Ellen enjoyed a box of fudge and a beautiful card from all her friends at Sonya Lodge and everyone loved joining in with her birthday celebrations.
