Church coffee morning
Our residents here at Sonya Lodge Residential Care Home were very excited to resume our weekly visits to St. Michael’s Church coffee morning. It was lovely for them to spend time with friends – old and new – from our local community.
We enjoyed delicious homemade cakes, cups of tea and coffee, and lots of conversations and laughter.
Church service
We also enjoyed our regular mid-week church service from St. Michael’s Church. Our residents enjoyed the service about St. David and sang some beautiful Welsh hymns.
Jean is our church service visitor and always brings warmth and joy with her into the Lodge.
