Dartford v Hemel Hempstead
Our two Dartford FC footie fans at Sonya Lodge Residential Care Home were off to the footie last Saturday.
Roy and Peter watched Dartford play Hemel Hempstead with an eventual draw of 1-1. The atmosphere was great and they both enjoyed cups of tea and fresh chips. Dartford Football Club has been very accommodating towards us and we are very grateful for their hospitality.
Roy is a life long supporter of Dartford Football Club, having collected their game programmes for over 50 years. He was a proud fan on Saturday and really enjoyed the atmosphere and socialising with his new found friend, Roy.
We can’t wait to go back!
