Last Tuesday was the first day of spring! We love spring here at Sonya Lodge Residential Care Home – flowers, sun and blue skies!
There’s still a slight nip in the air, but the sun did come out to greet us as we stepped out into the garden.
Due to the breeze we decided to take tea in our Forget-me-not tea room. We all had a chat about the planning of the garden for the spring, what flowers we would like to plant – seeds, herbs and possibly some vegetables.
It definitely put a ‘spring’ in our step!
