We had a good giggle last week with our residents as we got out our balloons for a spot of armchair volleyball at Sonya Lodge Residential Care Home.
Using cones to divide our lounge in half, we had great fun batting the balloon back and forth – super exercise for the upper body!
Exercise with a difference!
