We tucked into lots of pancakes and crepes on Shrove Tuesday here at Sonya Lodge Residential Care Home, with all sorts of toppings and treats.
All our residents enjoyed flipping a pancake or two, seeing how high they could flip them. The aim of the game was to see how many flips in a row someone could get without dropping their pancake. Everyone did amazingly…. with only a few pancakes ending up on the floor!
We love anything sweet here so we enjoyed pancakes for breakfast and then some crepes in the afternoon as an extra treat – what a fun day!
