We all love our music here at Sonya Lodge Residential Care Home so we were all looking forward to this year’s Eurovision Song Contest.
Our residents got ready for the event by creating their own flags to wave during the contest. On one side of each flag was the flag of one of the nation competing and on the other side our residents created their own design.
In the spirit of Eurovision, our ladies and gents made their designs bold, fun and colourful, with stickers, tissue paper and feathers!
Everyone also enjoyed completing some Eurovision themed word searches.
It was lovely to see everybody laughing and joking about previous Eurovision entries as we listened to Eurovision songs together.
