Last week at Sonya Lodge Residential Care Home, we had the joy of celebrating not one, but two very special birthdays! Our lovely ladies, Pat and Joan, were surrounded by family, friends, and fellow residents as they marked their big days in style.
Pat was delighted to celebrate her 88th birthday on Thursday 11 September, while Joan reached the milestone of 90 years young a day later. Both ladies were showered with cards, thoughtful gifts and colourful balloons, and were delighted with their delicious birthday cakes that everyone enjoyed together.
To make the celebrations even more memorable, we welcomed the wonderful performer Ellie on Friday, who filled the room with her beautiful singing and had everyone joining in the celebrations.
It was such a happy occasion for all, and we are so pleased to have shared these special moments with Pat and Joan. Many happy returns to them both!
