Our gentlemen at Sonya Lodge Residential Care Home settled down to their weekly Men’s Club together this week, when they built some children’s toys, and enjoyed completing car and tool puzzles.
They love spending this time together, enjoying some activities and reminiscing over memories and stories.
This is usually a time that our male residents like to enjoy without the female residents. However, this time our lovely Roz was honoured to be invited to join them (and her amazing puzzle skills definitely helped them out!).
With all the chatting they did, they needed a nice refreshing drink to ‘wet their whistles’ – this week they chose to have cups of tea and refreshing ginger beer.
