After a very busy Christmas, our lovely resident Joan celebrated her birthday with us at Sonya Lodge Residential Care Home.
Joan received presents and cards from her family, friends and everyone here at The Lodge.
Her family also visited to join in with all the birthday celebrations and once Joan had opened all of her gifts, we brought out her delicious birthday cake to a chorus of ‘Happy birthday‘, sung by our residents and staff.
Joan very kindly shared her delicious cake with us all.
