Our Sonya Lodge Residential Care Home residents are always happy to see their friend Jean from St Michaels Church who visits them on Tuesdays.
Jean is a Lay Minister from our local church and comes in every Tuesday afternoon to visit our ladies and gents and provide a praise and worship service for anyone who would like to attend.
Jean welcomed everyone for this week’s service with her friendly smile and reassuring words. She prayed with our residents and read a short bible verse which they all talked about together.
The group then filled our Home with their beautiful singing voices as they sang their favourite Christian hymns and songs together.
