Every Tuesday morning our Sonya Lodge Residential Care Home residents enjoy popping into St Michaels Church in Wilmington for a hot drink and slice of homemade cake.
Many of our ladies and gents lived in the local area prior to moving into Sonya Lodge, and this regular trip to the church coffee morning offers time to catch up with some familiar faces. It is also wonderful to see new friendships forming between our residents and members of our local community.
Nothing beats a good chat over a hot drink and delicious cake!
