Reminiscing activities are so important for our residents here at Sonya Lodge Residential Care Home.
Many of our residents are parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles – so it goes without saying that many of them have spent lots of time with, and looking after, children and babies. Our residents loved spending time re-enacting these moments with our baby bath activity, whilst singing nursery rhymes.
This activity is always accompanied by residents and staff sharing stories and memories about looking after children (…which often erupts into laughter!).
