May the 4th be with you…
We had a fun day on Tuesday 4 May, when we celebrated all things Star Wars at Sonya Lodge Residential Care Home.
We hosted a marathon film day, screening the whole series!! This went down a storm with our residents who really enjoyed watching the classic films.
We also played a Star Wars themed dice game, with favourite characters from the films.
Garden uplift
Sonya Lodge is having a garden uplift! Our lovely resident Arthur has kindly been assisting our Maintenance Man Shane, by painting some of our fencing. Such a beautiful colour – thank you for all your hard work Arthur.
Book Club
We love a good book at the Lodge. Our ladies recently enjoyed looking through our books which are a great inspiration for story telling.
