On Saturday 10 February, our resident George turned 92 here at Sonya Lodge Residential Care Home.
He had a lovely visit from his family the day before when he received some wonderful gifts.
His special day was spent with all of his friends at Sonya Lodge when he opened his cards and presents. He had a sweet card from everyone at the Lodge and was given a selection of goodies to enjoy including cappuccino sachets which are his favourite!
After tea, he was presented with an amazing homemade cake, courtesy of our Chefs, and everyone sang ‘Happy birthday’ to him.
George really enjoyed his day, especially his coffees! Many happy returns!
