One of our Sonya Lodge Residential Care Home residents, Angela, is a keen gardener. She loves spending time outside tending to the plants and getting her hands dirty!
She has been working hard to grow sunflower and lemon balm seeds. With her care and attention to the seeds, they have grown from seeds to seedlings and now to small plants, and it was time for them to be repotted.
Angela independently set to work on this task and loved every second of it. We are all excited to see how they continue to grow and bring a ray of sunshine to our garden.
