Last week, our Business Support Officer Amanda hosted a fundraising night for Sonya Lodge Residential Care Home. There was a black jack table and a croupier but it was just for fun, with all money being raised going to the Sonya Lodge Residents’ Fund.
The setting was a stunning marquee with fairy lights and two beautifully festive trees. There was a beautiful spread of all different foods such as, quiches, sausages, pies, dips and pakoras. For after’s, a Brazilian carrot cake with dark chocolate ganache, the cake adorned with edible cards, poker chips, dice, toppers and more!
Overall, Amanda raised an amazing £420 for the residents at Sonya Lodge. This money can go towards their Wishlist, activities and trips out. Thank you to Amanda for hosting and everyone who generously donated!
