Our Sonya Lodge Residential Care Home residents really enjoyed celebrating World Book Day on Thursday 4 March.
We decorated our Home with themed bunting and there were lots of books and magazines on offer for our ladies and gents to relax with.
To mark the occasion, we hosted a Mad Hatter’s Tea Party, with cups of tea and stands of delicious cakes.
And three members of our staff dressed up and looked brilliant:
- Deanne was Cruella de Vil from 101 Dalmations
- Holly was Wilma from The Flintstones
- Jodie was Dorothy from The Wizard of Oz
