We loved celebrating with everyone at Sonya Lodge Residential Care Home on Mother’s Day, with lots of extra special touches for all of our ladies on this special day.
We were all honoured to play postman and waiter to deliver all of the wonderful presents, cards and goodies to our residents from their loved ones.
It was so special to see their faces light up when they read the touching messages from their families and received their favourite treats.
In the afternoon, our staff at Sonya Lodge delivered a sweet treat to each resident from our Mother’s Day cake trolley. They were able to choose from a variety of delicious cakes and doughnuts.
