Nina celebrated her 87th birthday on Sunday 10 September here at Sonya Lodge Residential Care Home.
She celebrated in style as her wonderful family took her out for a traditional Italian meal, which of course she loved!
On her return to Sonya Lodge, Nina continued her birthday celebrations with everyone; she opened gifts and cards from her friends and our staff and then we all sang ‘Happy birthday’ to her before all tucking in to her delicious birthday cake.
Our birthday girl had a fantastic day and it was special that so many of her family, friends and our staff were able to join in the celebrations with her.
