This week, we were joined by the marvellous Rob T, who is a firm favourite among our residents here at Sonya Lodge Residential Care Home. With his ukulele in hand and his signature smile, Rob lit up the room with his musical talent and energy.
He treated us to a fantastic set of classic favourites, covering a wide range of genres – from skiffle and reggae to 50s, 60s, and 70s pop, and even a little rock music. There was something for everyone, and it wasn’t long before the room was filled with smiles and singing.
The atmosphere was fantastic and a number of our residents couldn’t resist the pull of the dance floor to show off their best moves ….and teach our team a thing or two about how to party properly!
It was wonderful to see our Home full of laughter, and our residents are still talking about the fun they had. Thank you Rob for another memorable performance.
