Last week was full of fun and friendly competition here at Sonya Lodge Residential Care Home, with our residents enjoying some lively group activities. Our parachute game proved to be a firm favourite, with everyone working together to keep the balls flying high. There was plenty of laughing as our residents focused on teamwork and timing, making it a wonderfully engaging activity for all involved.
We also enjoyed a fabulous game of prize bingo, led by Deanne, who kept spirits high with her entertaining bingo lingo! Familiar phrases such as ‘Joan’s dirty knees‘ and ‘Angela’s droopy drawers‘ had everyone chuckling along as the numbers were called.
With some fantastic prizes up for grabs and a real sense of togetherness, it was a reminder that at Sonya Lodge, everyone is a winner!
