Kindness Day
Here at Sonya Lodge Residential Care Home we celebrated ‘Random Acts of Kindness Day’ on Monday 17 February by making friendship bracelets to gift to our friends to show how much we care about each other.
The colourful bead bracelets were thoughtfully made and very well received!
Sunday church visit
Our residents enjoyed another weekly visit to our local church at St Michaels to enjoy and embrace the Sunday morning service, and meet their friends for a chat over some delicious homemade cake.
We always look forward to trips like these into our local community and very much enjoy fostering links and friends near to The Lodge.
Keeping active
We had another great fitness session with Hugh this week. Hugh motivated us to get moving with music and exercise balls. Our residents had a great workout and enjoy keeping fit and agile.
