We will really miss you Jean!
Our lovely Manager Jean is leaving Sonya Lodge Residential Care Home on Friday 12 June, after 26 years of service!
Celebrations began in earnest this week, starting with an afternoon cream tea with our staff and residents – in our usual Sonya Lodge style with bunting and balloons! We also had handmade banners lovingly made by our wonderfully creative residents.
Jean shed a few tears yesterday and this morning when we all cheered her into work; they’ll be some emotional days ahead for her this week…and lots of surprises too!
