Our residents love spending time in the garden here at Sonya Lodge Residential Care Home. They also enjoy being fully involved in making it look beautiful for the summer.
With this in mind, we got to work in our garden and were very lucky to have some beautiful sunshine on the day.
Some of our residents went out to Hawley Garden Centre to select some flowers and compost. Once they returned, our green-fingered ladies and gents set to work planting the new flowers in our beds and pots.
Our garden now looks stunningly beautiful and once everything fully flowers, it will be a wonderful sight to behold in the summer, which we know all of our residents will enjoy.
