Many of our residents at Sonya Lodge Residential Care Home enjoy celebrating big events and taking part in big activities.
One of our big accomplishments at the Lodge was winning the Jubilee Dessert Competition. Our staff and residents were very proud to receive their certificate and prize, which was present to them by Viv Stead.
However, our residents also enjoy some quieter activities too and one-to-one time with the activities team. Some residents enjoyed some time doing arts and crafts, this included water painting. While others focused on puzzles and games, such as words searches, solitaire, and crosswords.
Many of our residents also enjoy spending some time reminiscing about their past, favourite music and TV shows on our InteractiveMe App.
