Christmas is definitely on its way and we marked the start of the festive season with our annual Elf Day at Sonya Lodge Residential Care Home on Friday 1 December.
Our staff came in dressed as elves and were a vision of red, green and candy stripes!
They got the festivities started with games, music and dancing and we then had a special visit from the Christmas Elf himself, who’d made the journey from Santa’s workshop in the North Pole to visit our residents.
Our ladies and gents loved this special visit and laughed and joked with the Christmas Elf. It was wonderful to see our residents faces light up with the magic of Christmas.
