We all know how hard our Carers and staff work at Sonya Lodge Residential Care Home, and our residents were very keen to arrange something for them during Carers Week, to say a big ‘thank you’ for everything they do.
Our ladies and gents worked hard to produce some beautiful homemade thank you cards. They then put each card into a goodie bag containing sweets, a keyring and some self-care treats.
Our residents enjoyed handing out the goodie bags to all of our staff. It was a very emotional week with lots of surprised faces, happy tears, hugs and giggles!
We can’t say thank you enough to our staff at Sonya Lodge. We are all one big family here with our residents and we appreciate everything they do.
